48 Gems gone !!!!!

Actually I send a e-mail on 7/2/2011, but I didn't hear any reply or any support,
so I post my problem here, hope the support team can read

My problem is after I buy Gems
I touch the "i" icon under Valentine's day Box to check the information,
but the games was deduct total 48 gems, I did not want to buy this box !!!!
Please refund 48 gems back to my account. Thanks !

I just had tha same happening to me two minutes ago... 24 gems just gone
in the same way as you describe, but i accidently pressed the valentinesbox.

I cant find that there are anything extra for my 24 gems...


So please lava, refund 24 gems to id: frikkindonut

because as you see, not even the moderators answer you. But here's what you need to know. You will not get your gems back. TL does not give refunds under any circumstances. The item you bought will show up in your decorations tab. Just scroll through it until you find what your 24 gems got you. TL refuses to put in confirmations and then makes the excuse that they can't refund gems because it may be a case of buyers remorse....of course if they put in confirmations that wouldn't be an issue, so to me, that means they count on people unintentionally spending gems.
Pretty lousy way to treat your customers.

I had the exact same problem on Farm Story. Wrote many emails to team lava and they said they couldn't refund the gems. Very annoying!!!

I got the same thing.
I accidently bought a Valentines box.
I didnt get any item and I can't open it.
So now I lost 24 gems!
