If you're getting card declined then I would think you would probably need to get in touch with wherever you are trying to make the payment to. Either Google Play or iTunes. If they are ok then I'd get in touch with your credit/debit card company.

Having this same problem,trying to take advantage of gem sales,no go,have contacted all necessary parties with no luck???

Make sure you check that your CC has not expired. You may need to update the exp date.

Thanks,have updated expiration date,and tried everything I can think of,will keep trying,and trying,love the gem sales,need them to expand!!!
