This are the non tradable dragons:

Fire, Forest, Air, Water, Light, Lotus, Olympus and Ninja Dragons and all the Rainbow (except of Diamond Prism), Gemstone and Gold Dragons.
Arctic Isles dragons are included since don't have a Trading Portal in there.
