Game crashes when trying to visit others?

I am trying to complete one of the latest tasks which requires you to visit other kingdoms, but every time a try the game crashes. Is anyone else seeing this issue?

A few things you can that might help is to close out all apps running in the background of your device. Also, when you first open the game, let everything load before you start playing. When you visit neighbors, try the same thing and let everything load before you start helping out in their Kingdom.
