Bingo = all rewards?

if I get bingo, should I wait to claim it so I can hopefully get more chest, gems, etc? Or does bingo mean I get all the rewards on a card. Trying to understand if it's better to hit bingo as soon as I get one or not.

Yup, you can continue to play to collect more things from that card for that game.
