Quest person is missing.

Can some one tell me if my quest person in the top left corner of game should be Missing? I would like to say I do not have any more quest but I am worried because I have been with no quest before and it was still there. I have reset phone and reinstalled game still missing. Thanks in advance.

I think it only shows when you have unfinished quests.
