Not getting Vday tasks

Although I get them for City Story, I don't see any of these tasks on my Restaurant Story. Suggestions?

I don't get them in the two I play, farm ans restaurant. I got them in farm for like half a l night when farm valentine just came out, then the task boxes disappeared. Never showed up at all in restaurant. Norma can you fill us in?
