Cannot remove neighbors

Hi there, I have been trying to remove some inactive neighbors and they seem to go away for a moment but always come back when I refresh. Is this a known issue and if so is a fix coming?

Stormie is a neighbor you cannot removed.

If you are connected to facebook, these neighbors will keep coming back.
You will have to go to facebook and delete them from you friends list.
