Recently I got my phone stolen and have now purchased a new one, I have e=mail you about 3 times since 9pm last night today its 7:03pm over here. I heard it takes about 1-4 hours to transfer the store but I still have not had my store transferred to my new device. Is there anything else I can do? I really don't want to have to stop playing this game but will have to if you can't transfer my store. I was so happy to finally be able to upgrade my store after saving a lot and refuse to have to start all over for a second time again.
