shrimp stir fry
tuna casserole

ribs
baked beans
chili
corned beef & cabbage (maybe for st.patrick's)

simple hot dogs and fries for the kids' meal.
That brings into question the idea of whole new appliances (This would definitely get the people excited, TL), like for instance deep fryers and smokers!
