Missing the 'install' button on game download goals

I am getting goals for downloading games in my goal book without the download button. Dragon story now, same with slots earlier.

Obviously id like to take advantage of the gem reward. So, why is the button not displayed? If i installed DS anyway from the app. Store and played to lv. 12, would i get the gem reward?

I never install through the in game link. I always use my iTune to down load new apps, the synch my devices.

I've had that happen several times. I simply go to the Storm 8 icon in upper right corner and install the game from there.

Thanks very much for the replies. I will download the game then. Gonna have to suffer through two levels to get to level 12. :(
