Restaurant Story 1 is different than Bakery Story....you still gain mastery points on food even without finishing it? (Prepping and placing on a counter)?

i.e: make bacon and eggs, cancel, and make french toast cancel again and do bacon and eggs (repeat) after 8 times of each you'll rank to level 2..?

With some dishes you get a certain amount of mastery points just for cooking and then another amount for serving, however, if you skip the serving part you'll just have to do the cooking part longer. Instead of it taking 83 complete times to master a dish to level 4, it may take you 120 or something, as you're missing a step in the process.

It's really useful if you only have a small sliver of mastery needed to hit full mastery. Start up the number needed to hit mastery and then switch them all to the next dish you want to cook.
