leveling up

I'm on level 25 and the star will fill up to the top where i should go up to 26 but then it goes back to half full 25. Can you tell me why?

you will level up to L26 when your xp points are 25143 which you can check on your profile tab (the one next to the wall). At L25 you should have more than 22280xp. Is your xp somewhere between those numbers?
