Stuck on level 131...help!

Really? 50 items in 16 moves? The best I've done so far is to have 4 left, and that was a fluke...I'm usually finishing with almost 30! What's the trick to this one-anybody?

I would try taking out the top left and right pillars first. Then attempt to take out the colored bottom ones. That way you will have bubbles growing while making combos.
