White Truffles

I just recently expanded and repaired the truffle forest and have found uses for the black and brown truffles but cant find anywhere to use the white ones yet
Can someone let me know what white truffles are used for and if the items are locked by level, im level 34 right now

White truffles are the hardest to find yet the train requirements for them are the same as black and brown.

I would guess most people hoard them for that reason. Rarely you can find white truffle risotto for sale. It takes 3 truffle and is made in the kitchen.

Im guessing you need rice for the risotto?
I dont have it available at my kitchen but i dont have the water garden yet either

Are risotto and deliverys the only uses for white truffles right now?
If so i may just sell them until i unlock the water garden
