Rainbow Sentinel not in Spell Shop (Android)

Currently at goal "Combine the Colors" in the Rainbow Sentinel limited goal set. (win 5 battle arena matches, complete mainland magic show 5 times, summon the rainbow sentinel dragon) It says he is to be crafted in the Spell Shop, but when I click "Craft" nothing happens. Going to my Spell Shop & searching through the "recipes" does not show an option to craft him either.

Glad to have another chance at this, I couldn't finish it in time last update, hopefully I can get it this time, it's so pretty.
