Quest Outpost

I got the Task for going on a quest (Venture to the Volcano), and when I click on Quest, it leads me to the buildings section of the store, and then the quest outpost is no where to be seen. Is this something that can be fixed with an update, or...?

We checked your game and you are of the required level to see the Quest Outpost. Can you restart and open the base version of the game? The building will be visible on the most upper island. Please let me know if you need additional help with this.
