Note that you need to play some of the Pets Live game before you can get to the transfer menu.

I just had this problem and was successfully able to transfer my account. I emailed android-fs-support@teamlava.com and told them my problem. They told me to provide them with my old phone stromID name and then create a new one on the new phone and they will transfer it from there end. They told me to restart my phone and boom I got the transfer. So wonderful they are and how quickly they responded was totally amazing. Give it a try.
