Glitch with repairing seafood shop

Hi, I'm currently on level 26. When trying to repair the seafood shop for new recipes and to use my new commercial oven, the screen won't let me select "Repair Now." I have more than enough wood planks, blueprints, and nails to complete the repair. When clicking the button it acts like I'm selecting it but never proceeds. Thanks!

I've tried a manual and hard restart as well as deleting and reinstalling the app. Any suggestions are appreciated!

Are you on the 5th expansion or higher?
