My heart rating is stuck

I'm using a layout that I have used countless times and I have never had this issue before. My heart rating won't reach higher than 80 and I have no idea why. When customers enter my shop, a few walk in and instantly show broken hearts. I have enough seats, all the seats are accessible, I have enough food. It's frustrating because I'm hardly earning coins! :confused:
