i need more space what i cant do.some people tel me stay pump the money so i dont know

I don't understand stay pump?
If you need to expand you city you need to save some coins from your factories and then press build, enhance, expansion (at the bottom) then use you coins or buy the expansion (a bad choice), you'll need to have neighbors to expand using coins though, you can do this through social and invite neighbors. If you don't know any just go through community and clean someones city then look down their posts, you'll always find someone asking if they can be a neighbor and offering their storm ID.
