Can anyone explain why I cannot get the items I purchased in my Street Market?

Please, can anyone tell me why I can't see met Street Market purchases in my pantry? I buy ( I think) and it says sold, but then I can't find or use my items? How do I correct this?

Does it happen all the time or once in a while?

If it happens once in a while it's probably out of sync issue, not much you can do about it other than to make sure you log out of the game when you're not actively playing. I used to leave my street market run on my phone while I go do something else and glance over to check from time to time to see if anything of value showed up. I got that kind of glitches a lot, items sold but not in my pantry after the game reload itself.

Can you try force closing your game and restarting it? It does sound like a possible syncing issue. Your game thinks the items are still available, but they've already been sold. Sorry about that!
