Hello, just one question: how do you put dragons in the storage?

You can't.

The only dragons that can go to storage are the ones that you won through features or the ones you bought in a Value Pack, BUT the ones that you bought through a Value Pack and won through completing specific Goals only goes to storage if your nest's are all occupied.

If you want to store hatched dragons, you need to have an iOS device and buy the Dragon Stable from the buildings tab in the marketplace.

Otherwise you will receive some dragons, as eggs not hatched dragons, in your storage as cocaulina explained.

Just started playing again... im on android, we do have option to by a stable for gold. Dont remember how much but it is listed in the market

Android and IOS can store dragons if they purchase the dragon stable.
You will need to buy it from the market. You can then upgrade it .

Original Holds 1 Dragon - 50 gold
Upgrade Holds 2 Dragons - 100 gold
Upgrade Holds 4 Dragons - 200 gold
