Expansion problems

I am aware that the expansion options able to you to expand your bakery if you have a certain amount of neighbours. When I didn't have the right amount of neighbours, this expansion option was visible, stating the amount of neighbours needed, and the size of the expansion. Since I have gained neighbours which would allow for the expansion, this option is no longer available to me, and is no longer visible in the list of expansions which are available. Meaning I have the correct amount of neighbours to expand, but I can't because this option is no longer available to me, only options which are, are either to buy using money or gems.

Can anyone please help me?

The number of neighbours is a requirement, but you will still have to pay for your expansion using coins. You still have to buy the expansion.
