Getting a new phone--don't want to lose my progress! :(

Help!
I currently have a Galaxy S4. It has hardware issues that causes it to overheat...So I am getting a new phone today. Can someone please tell me how to transfer my Farm Story 2 game to my new phone? I am level 29 and this game is fun and such a stress reliever. Help! Help!
