Some ovens that costs gems come in different colors that are not available to buy for coins. Then there is the sonic oven that cooks faster and the forever oven which cooks food that won't go bad.

The coloured ovens are for decoration only. The sonic and forever ovens have the faster cooking time and non-spoiling functions.
