Lost items/disapearing food

Several times, I have "prepared" food and it pops up on my tables, only to then disappear. I have lost at least 12 items this way. Can anyone tell me why, where they go, and can I get them back? This is a pretty frustrating glitch.

Are your customers eating them or do they disappear right away? If they are disappearing right away, you need to contact Team Lava. It may take a while for them to get back to you but they answered my question after about a week.

I have this happen too but I get the money for all the food.

Yep, happening to me too. I'll come back to my restaurant a few minutes later and 1000's of servings of food are all gone. I get the money for them but it is still annoying.
