romantic beam/block HELP! PLEASE! very frustrated

Can anyone please tell me where or how to craft the romantic beam and block for the gazebo? No one seems to be able to tell me how to do it even though they have already built the gazebo! I would think it would be in crafting with all the other beams and blocks, but it isn't there! Please help me! Someone must know how to do this task!

These were limited items that you could craft during an event. It is no longer possible to craft these items. The only way to get those beams and blocks is with gems.

Now the event is closed, so you won't be able to craft it anymore.

I woudn't recomand upgrading the gazebo with gems: it gives a few petals and glimmerdust, once every 16 hours, so imo, it just isn't worth it.
