Neighbours. Mastery Stars.

I'm not sure if this issue has already been raised. I have no idea if its meant to be like that but my neighbours' mastery level changes..?

Here on my neighbour list, it says Jonesping has 27 mastered recipes (I think that's what it means..?)

However, when I visit her, it goes down to 14 (the info in the upper left box)

Am I wrong, do the stars mean something else? If the person has a high star level in my neighbour list (around 20), when I visit them it will ALWAYS say 14 stars for every person who originally had above 20 stars. Hard to explain, I hope someone understands!

ummm I just checked all my neighbors and the stars are matching up.
Try restarting your game, then check again.
