Game shuts down whilst truffle hunting

This has happened to me several times. Either game shuts down completely or goes to blue background so you have to manually shut down to do anything. Really annoying especially when you have waited 12 hours to truffle hunt for train loads.

Have you tried deleting and redownloading the game?
