No customers!

I am on level 8 and suddenly all my customers have gone! Does anyone know why this is? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no better. Got loads of food to serve but stuck - please help thanks

Your greeter person, or whomever that person is, is sitting in front of the door so the door can't be opened and your patrons can not come in and dine. Move the counter farther away from the door so the door opens and your customers will be back.

Or you can move your door over one space. Either way it will allow the door to open and your customers to enter.
