Always lose boom before getting item from mining

Please give me solution, my game always turn off , i don't know where the problem , and I always lose my boom before I use it, that is because the game off .... And I didn't get icon for Scarab Dragon....pls help me... Thank you

No, serieusly. Before going into the mine, try to reboot your device (phone, tablet). Turn it off, and turn it back on (no sleep-modus). That's the best way to free up recourses (memory)in your phone or tablet and gives the best chance on not crashing the app.

If that doesn't work, I'm afraid I can't help you any further.
