As players with Samsung S5 and had their phone updated with the lollipop version couldn't access their game with the server issue.
Basically I emailed teamlava about this and they never replied back and now the grand prize of Valentine Goal is now showing Locked. This is not fair especially us players couldn't gain access to the game due to the servers..
Would teamlava unlock this and grant my 16 gems back which I used to unlock the last recipe?
