Feedback on Support

Thank you TL. :D You guys have wonderful customer support! I know this may seem random, but I've been playing another game... Not saying which XD... And had to restart my game because of a known rollback glitch... And the customer support is really rude there and didn't help us players out (looking on the forums there... There seems to be alot of that for that game).

But everytime I've dealt with you guys, you've always been very speedy, polite, and helpful :D So yeah... Thank You!! :D

Not sure if I should make a new thread or dig this one up, but its second page so I'll use it.

I just wanted to say that I had a really great experience with customer service recently. And even when they cannot do anything for you per policy or another reason, I've found that they respond in a very timely manner and are always very polite. Thank you TL!
