can not add certain neighbors

How come ill get neighbor requests but when I go to add them it says I cannot add them.

How come ill get neighbor requests but when I go to add them it says I cannot add them.

I've just had this the other way around - someone left me their Storm8 but I couldn't add them. Usually it's fine. They said that it was definitely correct what I was trying... Samsung Galaxy S.

I tried adding my gf, it says invite to no name has already been sent. She is accessing the game from her ipod while, me from my droid x.

It will say the same thing on my Droid Incredible, and typically when I get multiple requests at once and it's always the last request I accept. I get the 'Hooray - this person could not be added as a friend' but when you scroll down on your friends list (at least on mine) they appear as a friend and you can gift them and visit them like normal
