used gems to build lucky oven then bakery went out of sync and now it"s a box again

Bakery Story Version: 1.5.5.8

I paid the 14 gems required to finish building my second Lucky Oven when I got the "bakery out of sync" notification and in a matter of seconds it magically turned into a box again.

I've restarted, then reinstalled the app with no success, it's still a box and tells me I need to pay 14 gems to finish building the item. Now what am I supposed to do?

Sounds like u need to email support. The email addy is Support@teamlava.com
Make sure u give them all Ur information Stormid device name version ur playing number of gems explanation of problem give them a couple of days to get back to u. Ull get an auto response email then a few days later ull hear back from a Support Agent.
