Will the game be released worldwide?

It seems that it is only available in US and UK at the moment.

I have a neighbor who lives in the U.S. like me and she doesn't have the monopoly bingo goal at all. Neither on her rs or bs. She never had others either like the bubblemania one. Why not? Is it her device? She feels left out. She doesn't get to earn gems for playing any of these types of goals. Let me know! Thanks!
