Mum Flower Bush

I see the "mum flower bush" in the shop but it's locked and instead of having to reach a certain level to buy it, it states "goal" - does anyone know what goal must be reached to get the mum flower bush? Thanks!

It unlocks after you complete the Lucky Dumpling goal.
