Stop selling the 1 coin items. I can't remember what's available at level 10 but you may want to start selling items that sell for at least 3 coins, such as the muffins.

Understand that your bakery can only sell a limited number of plates of food each day so if you have too much brownies and coffee, your earnings will be severely limited.
