Can't login to other gadget?

I want to buy gold for my friend id so she can buy discount Forbidden, so I need to login her id in my iPad. She gave her id n password but, even after many change of password I still can't login to her account. What's wrong? Her id is evalinda19. Please help before the Forbidden discount expire. Thanks you!

What a thoughtful gift for your friend. Even though you have good intentions, please don't log into other player's accounts. We recommend that players not share passwords, even among friends, for security reasons.

If you want to send a gift to your friend, you can send them a gift card for the store for the device they play on (Google Play, iTunes) instead.
