Bug :(

This isn't the first time this has happened, but today it cost me a lot more coins than normal:

Sometimes when buying decorations, floors, etc. it will take my coins but not give me my item. I just lost abuot 20,000 coins woth in flooring today. It registered that I had bought the floor but as soon as I left the decoration menu my changes dissappeared and I was left short 20,000 coins. I really love the game, but bugs like these are really irritating. Has anyone had any similar experiences or does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you.

You may be experiencing out of sync issues where only part of your progress is saved.
Make sure you closed out your game when not playing.
Be sure you game fully loads up before entering your design mode.

If this keeps happening, please send an email to support@teamlava.com so an agent can check your game.

Also make sure you are playing on the most current version of the game.( What is the version number you see at the bottom of the page under - menu- help ?)
