It's not fair that Frank and the dropping of the special cards disappeared b4 the end of the month. I've worked really hard playing this game and I ended up being 3 CARDS SHORT for learning the final special Valentine recipes. I want to learn this recipe but I can't now. I can't afford to by the special Valentine's Day pkg and I think it's ridiculous to have to purchase 20 when all I need is 3.
So I'm asking or suggesting to bring him back or for a short period of time have either CID or Lilly drop them occasionally.
