Toolbox

So my toolbox has been full for some time now. Full of valentine envelopes I assume. The issue now is I am unable to upgrade anything because I cannot collect what I need, that is without spending on gems. I've already messaged TL about this and they come back with...delete items from pantry. Well the pantry is not the issue and I see no way to delete from toolbox. Any answers for this?

The Valentine Cards are under its own Seasonal tab. Valentine Cards do not share or occupy your Toolbox spaces, though there is a known issue, where your initial collection of the Cards are checked against your Toolbox capacity.

Our records show your Toolbox is currently at max capacity. For more information about making more space, please check out this thread.
