Has anyone else had a problem seeing emojis on posts? All the emojis on old posts on my wall have disappeared.

Almost all of mine have disappeared as well. A couple of odd ones remain...the rayed sun, and a blue button with a numeral inside. I posted an emoji message to my own wall and it worked fine, though. Very mysterious!

I've noticed this as well. Mine seem to post fine but it's a few hours later that they disappear.

I'm having the same problem. Either they disappeared or I'm having whites squares. Recents messages shows the emojis but they disappear after a while.

This should be fixed now for most people. Can you let me know if you have any issues with seeing your emojis?

I haven't got them back on my other Restaurant yet.

Issue not fixed. They're still disappearing...

I've had an emoji stay on a neighbor's wall for eight hours, so it appears to be working. But will the emojis which have disappeared from posts ever resurrect themselves? I saved some very lovely, creative, emoji-filled banner posts at the bottom of my wall (a sweet neighbor made them just for me!), and they look quite sad and mundane now. I don't want to delete them until I know their beauty is truly gone forever.

The problem with emojis is still not fixed. They are still intermittent.

Is it possible that the new update for R.S Fast Food has caused the emoji problem? I've seen that the Fast Food version has an issue as well, apparently it's not giving notifications for when food is cooked.

But now I've had emojis disappear from posts left on other neighbor's walls. Very sporadic! Is the disappearance based on the wall owner's OS, perhaps? Please rescue us, Team Lava, from an emoji-less existence!!

We've attempted another fix. Older comments with emojis may not be fixed immediately, but new comments should be fixed up. Can you let me know if this is still a problem?

Comments with emojis posted 24 hours ago are still emoji-filled. Yay! Thank you, TL and FrozenTurtle. But comments which had the emojis removed remain emoji-less. Still, very glad to have them back for current and future use!! :D

Thanks! They do seem to be working for some of you. For anyone else who still sees new comments with emojis appear blank or as gibberish, please email support@teamlava.com. Be sure to include the Storm8 ID of the affected device and a screenshot of your wall, if possible.

When can we expect a fix for older comments with emojis? Most of my comments on my wall are years old and they looks funny or blank. I prefer to keep them instead of deleting it away.

Even the emojis on comments which were just few weeks old are vanished. :(
