Why can't I go to common neighbour from their comment on my neighbours wall?

Why can't I go to common neighbours restaurant from their comment on my neighbours wall? It seems to have blocked me but I can see their post on my neighbours restaurant wall?

I've now added them as a neighbour but I still cannot access this person from comments on another persons wall?

Also, do team lava ever clear walls of old posts?
