chinese bait problem

when i click on pond i can see bait but no option to make it in bait shop

You probably have to complete a goal or two... I can make them .... And sell them.

Sorry for the confusion! The Lucky Bait will appear in your Bait Shop after completing the first goal, "Chinese New Year!"

Mine appeared so i went to get some iron but when i clicked the bait shop again its disapeared :/

I was able to make the bait use it and when I went back to make more it was gone but I can still see it in the lake view just can't make in the bait shop. Any ideas why.
