Unable to Send Gifts Today

Have not been able to send out any gifts today! Get a message stating either I've sent out the max number of gifts for today or the person I'm trying to gift has received the max number of gifts for today. Every nbr I try to gift, I get the message and I haven't been able to gift anyone today! Also, when the three gifts are sent, the gifting list goes away. It's still showing up with the names of my nbrs who sent me gifts!

You can only send 3 Gifts per day. If you've already sent 3 Gifts or if your friend has already accepted the maximum daily limit (20), then you will not be able to send them more Gifts for the day. :)

Hi Elsa,

I'm aware of the three gifts per day limit. I haven't sent any gifts and the list showing pending gifts would have gone away if gifts had been sent today. I've gone down the list trying nbrs that I know wouldn't have the max because they don't have that many nbrs! Been sending gifts for over two years in CS and never had a problem. Please look into this matter.

I'm having the same trouble, on all three of my accounts on dragon story and both on fantasy story. I have not gifted anyone!!! on any of the games, I've been at work.

I can't gift either, and I have only just logged into the game after the daily reset.

The game has reset for Thursday and I'm still unable to gift! This will make day number two of not being able to gift! Please do your best to see that this matter is looked into and resolved today!

I could send yesterday's gifts. But today (after the reset), I can't. :S I was thinking it was just my connection, but no other teamlava game had a problem sending today's gifts.

I can't send gift neither and the problem is the same in Dragon Story : some people can send gift and some not

Having the same problem-It's been 24 hours since I last gifted. I tried to give everyone on my list-it gives the same error that everyone has reported. If I visit a neighbor there is a gift box icon next to the Social & Home icons if you click it you get the same error. I always completely close the game before opening it everytime.

I had the same issue yesterday and today. I didn't send any gifts and somehow, ALL my neighbors said they'd reached the limit. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, downloaded the update. Still no luck. I CAN send in Dragon and Castle story (at least, I could yesterday, haven't tried today).

Please fix it for FFS and Dragon Story before reset time !
Some neighbors are waiting for gift back and since we don't have wall on FFS to tell them, we can't tell them we are experiencing that problem !
Besides if we can't send gifts, they are lost ! TL won't never let us send double gifts tomorrow, even if problem comes from your side !

This has been resolved. If you were not able to send Gifts today, please try now. Please note if you've already sent Gifts today, you'll need to wait for the reset as normal.
