So, this morning I accidently bought the valentine box thing and it cost 20 gem. I got nothing from it... What to do?? I just lost my 20 gems Q_Q need help!!

Shut game down then reopen and recheck . Item doesn't just appear. It will be in design tab and in one of decor tabs.

If it's not there email support with your I.d and game name. Or bump your thread Monday. Team lava doesn't usually work weekends
