Reduces evolution times

Wondering if there is a chance the shortened evolution times will make a return soon? I have a ton of dragons to evolve from events, mining, battles, many are still level 3. I loved the shortened times or else please offer second evolution temple to buy. Thanks

Evolution time reduces and the amount of bombs reduces also.
