Level 692 not enough brown gobblers

4 each required of green and brown gobblers. Plenty of green ones drop down but not enough brown ones. 3 is the highest I can get. I've matched multiple sets of colors higher than 3, including sweet spots and 5s in the same game, and they still aren't coming down. I don't want to buy more gems if this is a glitch?
